SANTA FE PLAZA HOTEL – THE SOUTHWEST SUITE

The Southwest Suite is located in the 1926 renovated Pueblo Revival House. The King size bed is draped in an Aguayo and matching pillow set, woven textile from the Andes. The bath includes a pebble style shower and a brilliant skylight allowing natural light to flood the room. The full-size living area is furnished with a sofa, seating and an exquisite Armoire; the Armoire originated in 16th century France. The candle lit kiva, placed at the foot of the bed, will warm your heart and your toes. The original hard wood floors are covered with a full-size cow hide and rugs from India. The classic chaise longue, a chair with or without arms, is upholstered in sky blue and sits under a double set of windows that overlook the chefs’ garden. In order to enhance the beauty of this suite a collection of hand painted ceramic plates adorn the wall. Every item is an integral part of the family and cultural history of this historic property and its’ stewards, Manuel and Carolina. Casa Culinaria, The Gourmet Inn, is located in walking distance from the Historic Santa Fe Plaza.
