Culinary Experiences at Casa Carolina
Beyond the Inn
Casa Carolina extends the culinary world of Casa Culinaria into a private historic estate designed for intimate gatherings, learning, celebration, and a deeper exploration of food and wine.
Led by Executive Chef and Co-Owner Carolina Olea Cosignani, a Le Cordon Bleu chef certified with honors, and Manuel Lezcano de Orléans, Co-Owner and Master Sommelier, the culinary experiences at Casa Carolina bring together cuisine, wine, culture, presentation, and hospitality in a highly personal setting.
Designed primarily for small groups and adult gatherings, the experiences are created with the same philosophy that defines Casa Culinaria: thoughtful preparation, quality ingredients, international inspiration, beautiful presentation, and a genuine sense of occasion.

Private Tasting Dinners
Private dining at Casa Carolina is conceived as a complete culinary experience rather than simply a meal.
Chef Carolina and her culinary team create exclusive multi-course tasting menus according to the season, occasion, and character of the gathering. Menus may explore a single culinary tradition or bring together influences from several countries through the contemporary fusion style that has long characterized Casa Culinaria.

Wine Pairing Dinner
Casa Carolina also offers private tasting menus accompanied by thoughtfully curated wine pairings.
Wine service is directed by Manuel Lezcano de Orléans, Master Sommelier, who trained in Mexico through the Confederación de Sommeliers Mexicanos with a program associated with the University of California, Davis.

Themed Cooking Classes
Cooking classes at Casa Carolina are designed for guests who want to understand cuisine beyond the mechanics of following a recipe.
Classes are intentionally designed for small groups, allowing personal interaction with Chef Carolina, hands-on participation, conversation, and time around the table.
A seasonal calendar of individual classes and thematic series will be announced as programming is finalized.
Private cooking classes for small groups may also be available by advance arrangement.

Culinary Retreats
Planned initially in three- and five-day formats, the retreats are designed to explore the world surrounding food — not simply cooking itself.
Under Chef Carolina's direction, guests may participate in hands-on cooking sessions while also exploring ingredients, markets, producers, culinary history, table culture, food traditions, wine, and the relationship between cuisine, place, and well-being.
The intention is not to recreate a conventional cooking school. Casa Carolina retreats are designed as immersive culinary journeys where technique, culture, ingredients, wine, hospitality, and shared experience come together.
Retreat themes, dates, and three- and five-day programs are currently being developed.
