Casa Culinaria – The Gourmet Inn is a boutique hotel in historic Santa Fe, offering a distinctive guest experience shaped by refined hospitality, quiet comfort, art, antiques and a culinary point of view.

Our inn offers a more intimate and thoughtfully curated stay than a conventional hotel. Guests choose us for our peaceful atmosphere, beautiful interiors, walkable location, and signature gourmet brunch experience.

We are located in Santa Fe’s historic district, within easy walking distance of the Plaza, Canyon Road, the Rail yard art district, galleries, boutiques, and many of the city’s most beloved restaurants and cultural attractions.

Our lodging property is best described as a boutique inn. The experience is more personal and residential than a traditional hotel, while offering a more elevated and design-forward atmosphere than a classic bed and breakfast.

Yes. Casa Culinaria is an adults-only property and welcomes guests aged 21 and over.

Our Gourmet Brunch is a signature part of the Casa Culinaria experience. It is a seasonal, fully house-made culinary offering with rotating menus throughout the year, prepared with fresh ingredients, no processed food, and a blend of local and international influences. Each brunch is also presented with a distinct daily table setting, making the experience as artful as it is delicious.

The brunch is created by Carolina Cosignani, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Casa Culinaria - The Gourmet Inn. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and influenced by her international experience in Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, and Chile, she works with her sous chef and trained team to prepare the inn’s exclusive in-house recipes.

From mid-May to mid-October on our Terrace - during the winter season, in our dining room with a communal table .

Brunch is typically offered in scheduled morning seatings at 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, and 10:15 AM.

Our kitchen is closed on Wednesdays, so brunch is not served that morning.

We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian and gluten-free needs, with advance notice.

Not necessarily. Many guests enjoy exploring the historic center on foot, although a car may be useful for discovering the surrounding area.
